What it does
First it decides where your business stands against the three competitors in your area: a sentence under 30 words that fits no one else, a metaphor you can repeat and a table of what your business will not be. From there come three names with their tagline and risk, a voice with do and don't examples, a checklist to see if the name is free, and a 4-week plan around opening day, with your budget split and 3 numbers to check every Sunday.

How to install it
In Claude Code
- Download the .skill file. It is a zip with the skill folder inside.
- Unzip it into ~/.claude/skills/ (or into .claude/skills/ inside your project).
- Open Claude Code and ask in your own words. The skill kicks in on its own.

- Go to Settings → Capabilities → Skills.
- Upload the .skill file as you downloaded it.
- Turn it on and ask Claude in any chat.
In ChatGPT it follows the same method, but the test against your competitors comes out less strict than in Claude: check that your sentence doesn't fit any of them.
