What it does

It separates what your client asks for from what they really need and turns it into three options with a closed scope: what's included, what's not, how many revision rounds, timeline and a price with its reasoning. Each price comes from your hours, your cost and your minimum margin, and if the client's budget falls short, it cuts scope before your rate. You get the comparison table, payment terms with your own rules, a change order ready to sign and the email to send it in under 150 words.

How to install it

In Claude Code

  1. Download the .skill file. It is a zip with the skill folder inside.
  2. Unzip it into ~/.claude/skills/ (or into .claude/skills/ inside your project).
  3. Open Claude Code and ask in your own words. The skill kicks in on its own.
